Promote the evolution of a common Singaporean cultural heritage.

It is the evolution of a common Singaporean culture that is our eventual goal and vision. As such, the thoughts and activities of STYC must be guided in order to achieve that vision in the distant future. As the eventual Singaporean culture will have components of Tamil culture, our efforts will be supported by all Singaporeans.
